We found that many of our clients delayed (procrastinated) having their hearing tested because they could no longer drive to appointments or felt they were imposing on others to ask for a ride. The result is that they deprive themselves the gift of hearing. Offering them an alternative solution by testing and fitting them in their home has proven to be exactly what was needed. Home is where many clients spend the majority of their time, so by fitting them in their home environment the satisfaction rate is exceptional.
We test, consult, recommend and fit hearing aids if necessary. Not all clients need hearing aids - they may simply need impacted wax removed. A hearing test result indicating a significant loss of hearing will then require a consultation. The consultation focuses on more than just the hearing loss. The client's life style, social habits, dexterity, vanity and other concerns are discussed before hearing aids are recommended. We can help you contact insurance companies to determine IF you have insurance coverage and the amount of coverage. We offer hearing testing and evaluation at your home or office. We want you to be comfortable and in your normal noise environment when getting fitted.
Custom Fitting
You may not have a hearing loss but want to control loud environments. We measure, build and fit custom ear molds that enhance your hearing experience for noise reduction: concerts, snoring, shop noise, hunting, mowing lawn, cutting wood etc.
Work with Insurance
We can help patients contact their insurance companies to verify hearing aid benefits. We work with BCBS of Michigan, Humanna, VSP vision care, MPSERS and more. Many insurance carriers offer high quality hearing aids at deep discounted prices.
Warranty & Repair
Most products have a 3 year warranty and a 3 year loss and damage warranty. We have repair services available and up to 3 free adjustments/hearing appointments in the first year.
